Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all barter or collaboration transactions between JOD and influencers/creators where JOD products are provided for shoots, styling, content creation, or promotional purposes.

By accepting products from JOD for collaboration, you agree to the following:

1. Security Deposit — 100% Product Value

A refundable security deposit equal to 100% of the product’s MRP is mandatory before dispatch.
This deposit safeguards the product and ensures completion of agreed deliverables.
The deposit must be paid in full prior to shipment.

2. Return Window — 30 Days

All products provided for collaboration must be returned within 30 days from the date the product is delivered to you.
Failure to return within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Product Condition on Return

Products must be returned:

Unaltered
Undamaged
Free from stains, perfume, makeup marks etc
In original condition

Any sign of, styling damage, alteration, or mishandling will lead to non-refund of the deposit.

4. Usage Guidelines

Products are to be used strictly for the agreed shoot/content purpose.
Any ironing, pinning, clipping, or styling must be done carefully without damaging the fabric, paint, stitches, or patches.

5. Deliverables & Timelines

All content deliverables must be completed within the mutually agreed timeline.
Delay in deliverables without prior written approval from JOD will result in holding or forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Refund of Deposit

The 100% deposit will be refunded only when:

All agreed deliverables are completed as per brief, and
The products are returned within 30 days in original, undamaged condition.

Refunds will be processed within 4 days after inspection by the JOD team.

7. Non-Refundable Conditions

The deposit will not be refunded if:

Products are not returned within 30 days
Products are damaged, altered or stained
Deliverables are incomplete or not as agreed
Products are lost while with you

8. Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping costs will be borne by the collaborator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
