At JOD, every piece is made to order with thoughtful attention to detail. This allows us to work sustainably while ensuring each product is crafted with care and intention.

Production Time

Since all products are created after your order is placed, please allow the following making time:

• Apparels: 7–10 working days
  
  

• Homeware (Table Runners & Cushion Covers): 15–20 working days
  
  

• Wall Art: 25–30 working days
  
  

These timelines include the process of crafting, hand-finishing, and preparing your piece for dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days (within India).

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location or courier service conditions.

Made to Order

Each JOD product is individually handcrafted and therefore unique. Small variations are natural and reflect the handmade nature of our work.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared once your order has been shipped.

We partner with third party delivery services to send out orders. We ship via Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Shadow fax, Ecom express, Bluedart, DHL, DTDC, Overseas Logistics, Shree Anjani courier services, Tirupati courier services, Borzo, Professional Courier Services and Delhivery depending on the delivery pin code. Third party delivery partners can be added at our discretion. You might receive delivery based communication on our behalf via our logistic partners.
