How long will it take to make my order?
All JOD products are made after an order is placed. The production time is:
- Apparels: 7–10 working days
- Homeware (Table Runners & Cushion Covers): 15–20 working days
- Wall Art: 25–30 working days
These timelines include crafting, hand-finishing, and preparing your piece for dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location and courier service conditions.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or message so you can follow your shipment.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, DHL, DTDC, Delhivery, Borzo, Professional Courier, Shree Anjani Courier, Tirupati Courier, and other delivery partners depending on the delivery pin code.
Why does my product look slightly different from the photos?
Each JOD piece is handcrafted using reclaimed fabrics. Small variations in color, texture, painting, stitching, or fabric patches are natural and make every piece unique. These are not considered defects
Do you accept returns or refunds?
No. We do not offer returns or refunds.
When can I request a replacement or exchange?
A replacement or exchange may be requested only if:
- The item delivered was incorrect
- You would like to exchange the size
Can I exchange my product for something else?
Yes. If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for:
- A different size
- A different product
- Store credit (valid for 3 months)
How soon should I request an exchange?
All exchange requests must be communicated within 3 days of receiving the package.
What condition should the product be returned in?
The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items with signs of wear, stains, washing, perfume/makeup marks, or alterations will not qualify for exchange.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
All shipping and logistics costs related to exchanges must be borne by the customer.
How do I initiate an exchange?

Within 7 days of receiving your order. If your exchange is approved, we will send the return address and instructions.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order with a clear unboxing video showing the defect.
Do you accept exchanges for sale items?
No. Products purchased at special or discounted prices are not eligible for exchanges.
How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date it is issued
