Refund policy

At JOD, every piece is made from reclaimed fabrics and finished by hand. Small variations in color, fabric, texture, painting, patches, and stitching are a natural part of the process and make each product one-of-a-kind. These are not considered defects.

We follow a Replacement Only policy. We do not offer returns or refunds.

 

When is a replacement applicable?

A replacement can be requested only if:

  • The item delivered was incorrect

  • The item was delivered damage

  • If you want to exchange the size

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may exchange it for:

  • A different size, product, or store credit (valid for 3 months)

  • All exchange requests to be communicated within 3 days of receipt of the package.

  • All items bought at special prices are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • The products must be returned in the same condition that it was received in. (Unworn and in their original packaging with tags in place). Products that show signs of wear, stains, washing, perfume/makeup marks, or alteration will not qualify for exchange.

  • To initiate the exchange, please write to us at jodavowithus@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • If your exchange is accepted, we will send you an email with the return address along with instructions to send it.

  • All shipping/logistics costs related to exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

  • Products sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted

  • Our store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued. 

  • All orders go through a thorough quality check before shipping. However, in-case you have received a damaged product, please notify us at jodavowithus@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order with a proper video of the product with defect while opening.

  • Customized orders are not eligible for exchange/returns. However, size alterations can be made in case of fit issues.

  • We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

  • Each order is eligible for an exchange only once. Order once exchanged, cannot be re-exchanged.
